Edera Italian Eatery is focused on serving simple, refined food in a more casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. Chef Andrew Simon offers a fresh interpretation, sourcing the highest quality ingredients from Italy to Missouri. The menu features premium Neapolitan pizzas, signature pastas and premium entrees. Edera’s cuisine – featuring sauces, pastas and baked goods made fresh daily in the restaurant – are elevated enough for a special night out, while also being approachable enough for everyday fare. Concepted by the Koplar family in consultation with renowned Chef Mike Randolph, Edera has quickly become a fixture in St. Louis’s iconic Central West End neighborhood.

Chalet Experience

Chalets are available Monday-Saturday for seatings at 5:00p & 7:30p. The Grande Chalet can seat 4-8 guests and the Piccolo Chalet can hold 2 guests for an intimate private dining experience. Chalets have two heaters but we recommend dressing for the weather and wearing layers for your comfort. Blankets are welcome! There is a $75.00 deposit due at the time of booking. The deposit will be credited to your bill and is non-refundable. An optional 20% gratuity will be added to all chalets.

Too noisy to have a conversation if you are trying to catch up with friends. Outdoors would be better. Very noisy but the food was very good!

We went for the second time, first time we sat at the bar because they were packed. Food was AMAZING, and our service was wonderful. Will be back!:)

This was my first time dining at Edera, and I had a wonderful experience. The dining room is absolutely beautiful. The gnocchi was just sublime. And the halibut was prepared to perfection. I also had a side of Brussels sprouts and they were delicious. My server Maggie was amazing, and made certain that I was taken care of. I will definitely be going back soon.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had. And I go to a lot of restaurants! We reserved a chalet, and that made it extra special. We all shared items and every single thing was excellent! The delicate squash, kale salad, fig pizza, stuffed pasta, and chicken with polenta - so many amazing flavors and all worked beautifully together! It was one of my best friends 60th so they brought us extra champagne and a wonderful almond tarte. Our waiter Joe was super informative and helpful and spoiled us. A memorable night - we will be back!

Food is amazing! None of our party had dined there before so the wait staff was extremely helpful in making suggestions. Highly recommend dining in one of the chalets!

Great food. Wide variety on the menu and excellent Espresso Martinis. Pizza is good and feeds 1.

Food was decent but the service was terrible. They weren’t very busy and sat us on a back corner. Then charged another tables tab to ours. Just a disappointing experience from a service standpoint.

Such a shocking disappointment- they had no clue re:someone who was in our party, we can report back how we were actually treated- that bit will be fun when chef realizes how important this night was, & how important FOH staff is… I made calls about seating (in treatment for stage 4b cancer, seating is important), yet we were sat in hard, strip mall diner seats- not their heavily advertised ‘booths’. ‘Annoyed' staff in torn clothing (No dress code?) w/eye rolls (exception being the lovely bartender w/blonde curly hair). We were celebrating 3 birthdays (again, we called, they knew)- zero interest from our server to even tell us desserts, he acted annoy that we asked about desserts…while celebrating birthdays?! One I wasn’t even supposed to live to see? Then, we had to hunt down someone to give us *silverware*. When we got there w/a reservation (even tho the place had only 2 tables w/ppl)… “We need a booth”… “All booked.”…yet, more than half of the booth areas remained empty the entire time we were there. Friend's husband got a new job in STL, so we flew in for bdays. We chose Edera based on reviews- that we now find wildly misleading & untruthful. We chose Edera for the 'ambiance' (& another reason chef will learn…). The advertised ’ambiance’ was misleading & service was atrocious. What a *massive* mistake to even entertain a birthday dinner there…. What a HUGE disappointment. Never again. Apparently we were supposed to eat birthday dessert (by birthday, I mean only we gave a flipping toss- they couldn’t care less that we were trying to celebrate birthdays) with a rogue butter knife?... Im embarrassed for the chef (and investors) who tied his name to tonight. It was important that one of the people w/us experienced what we did to really know…

We ordered several things from the menu. We loved the risotto and the Bolognese. I did not love the Formaggio pizza, but the pepperoni was pretty good. Service was great and I had a great vibe in there. Overall enjoyed our evening.
