We had a good experience at Eden. Little tricky to find from the downtown parking ramps. Once we arrived, it was very quiet. We enjoyed drinks, great service and a meal. Limited selections, but good food. Feels more like the “pool bar” drinks and menu than a full service restaurant and bar. Our server was excellent and while the drinks were a bit over priced, they were delicious and had amazing presentations. I’m sure I’ll visit again, I think for drinks vs. dinner.

When walking through the front door, there was fingerprints and grease smeared all over. We got seated and served waters, then the server never came back to us. We waited 15 min and walked out.

Service was extremely slow. Table was a mess the whole time and we had to ask for water multiple times. The food was not great, which for simple food was very unfortunately. The space is gorgeous!! But the price is WAY too high for the service and quality of product.

Beautiful Spot. Very under staffed unfortunately. We were patient and not in a hurry. Drinks were good. Shrimp ceviche was not ceviche. Some shrimp with bits of zucchini? and 2 pieces of avocado all covered in Tabasco. Would not recommend. Feta/Hummus was good. cucumbers seems a bit old on plate. Ordered a "burger". The meat was a gritty texture, very odd taste that we asked if it was beef. Waiter came back and said Chef said it was beef. Tasted a bit gamey like it could have been lamb. Couldn't eat it really. Chips were good, Flat bread was not great either. For the price $160 for 4 people only 3 had a cocktail/wine, I will NOT go back. Fun atmosphere and has so much potential for a fun spot. Food was just way too bad. Good Luck

I had heard mixed reviews about this one, but wanted to start my night there for my birthday. We put in the notes on our reservation that it was my birthday and a special occasion , and there was not even a mention of it. When our entire group arrived (4ppl) it took at least 15 min to even get someone to come to our table with water. We ordered drinks and food and did not get napkins, plates, etc. had to actually ask the bus staff to bring us some. It was hot and stale up there, no fans or misters even tho both were available they didn’t have them on. I was really disappointed by the service. We had to request EVERYTHING. Like not one single item was delivered presumptively. I shouldn’t have to request silverware and napkins 10 min after we already got our food if I’m spending $135 on 4 drinks & an appetizer. Disappointed and won’t come back.

Our server last night, Joey, was amazing‼️ very polite, professional, and extremely helpful with a lot of different suggestions - also just a really nice guy! (Not only suggestions from your food menu, but also sharing his input re: different things to do here, in Phoenix/Tempe while on vacation) . Overall, we both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner experience at ROOFTOP - We're staying at the Kimper/Palomar hotel and are very satisfied! ~The Powells
