Now well into our third decade in business, Eddington’s attributes the restaurant’s success to creating flavorful and creative meals consistently using the best of Huron County’s bounty.
Owner James Eddington states “we are so blessed to be living in such an agriculturally rich area of the world”.
Although the local food movement is really starting to take off, it has always been the driving force in Eddington’s kitchen. A menu that changes frequently, as each season inspires the delicacies our region has to offer.
Eddington’s occupies the original Carling homestead (built in the 1870’s). After two major renovations, an addition of the a new dining room and a serene outdoor backyard summer patio, the restaurant has a clean and modern look while maintaining its traditional and warm feel.

    We love dining at Eddington's and us our go-to place for our special occasions. Jerry is a great server, very friendly and accommodating.

    My husband very much enjoyed his burger and said he would have it again. My meal had an issue which was resolved in a very professional manner. The patio and staff are great.

    We love the ambiance on the patio and live music on Fridays. The food was a bit cold, could have been hotter for our liking but was delish. We like to support our community and always think of Eddingtons for special occasions!

    We had an enjoyable evening around our dinning pleasure. Our waitress was wonderful and accommodating along with a great sense of humour!! Thank You for everything!!

    Delicious Bolognese Pizza and Chicken Appleby meal served beautifully by the friendliest staff in the region! Highly recommend making Eddington’s your first choice for any occasion or just because you want an excellent meal any day of the week.
