Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. Eddie V’s is always a vibe. Their customer service is always top tier. The food is always flavorful and fresh. We love the high top tables in the bar area. We reserve our table between 5:30-6 to enjoy a quieter space while we eat and talk. By the end of dinner the band is starting and we enjoy the music. It’s the perfect combination of relaxation and fun.

We always have an amazing experience at Eddie B’s. The ambience and atmosphere of the restaurant is always one of the best in the area! The service is amazing. Jessica is a ray of sunshine and I would ask to have her as our server again because she was so pleasant and prompt. We celebrated a promotion during our dinner and everything was just amazing.

I enjoy the locations in south Florida and now I was able to enjoy this time with my family in Detroit. It was their first time and they fell in love with it. I am very pleased that they keep the same quality of excellence.

I visit Eddie V’S often we’ll Saturday was different my server anythony asked if I wanted him to sit my leftovers bag on the floor, I said no he goes on to say why not it’s in a bag what do you think I am a dog I don’t even put my groceries on the floor. That was the most disrespectful thing I ever experienced there, then the manager comes over and he just acts like it was no big deal. I am writing this review cause I am very disappointed with uncle Eddie lol. They are on punishment effective immediately.

All of our selections were excellent and presented beautifully. Great restaurant for a special evening but it didn't feel formal.

We’ve eaten here several times and it is always good . This time I went with the soul and should in retrospect had the sauce on the side. I found it overly heavy and since I know the quality of the fish is high I felt it effectively masked that taste. Everything else was great but the staff was a bit more hit and miss than before which set expectations very high. Our servers were all great but the girls at the front are not particularly friendly and seem to be disorganized in sitting the guests. Still a great restaurant but hopefully next time things will be back to the normal five star experience

Our waitstaff was superb and Amanda Consolo was our head server and she was amazing. We’ve been to Eddie V’s several times but she gave a detailed explanation of the menu and beverage selections that I had never received to that level! Our food was delivered piping hot and in a timely manner. Everything from appetizers to entrees to dessert was delicious and our leftovers were provided in a doggie bag carefully packed to go! I wish I could eat here every week! Even when I’ve been to EVs in Scottsdale, AZ the food and service was the same level of awesome! Thanks for making for a perfect Sweetest Day for my sweetie and me👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤️
