Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. They made my birthday experience one to remember. I especially love the deserts they prepared for my guests and I ( there were 12 of us), a sample of their three most loved deserts - the banana butter cake was delicious. Our waiter was absolutely exceptional, food great 10/10.

We booked business dinner to treat my team for work well done. Great experience. Excellent food and service. Our server Kevin did an excellent job. I’ve been to other Eddie V’s and the Troy location certainly upheld the high standards I’ve come to expect.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Incredible food and service! Andrew always finds a way to elevate his game, which is next to impossible due to his professional yet personable attentiveness. A HUGE thanks to Andrew and his team for another flawless date night with the wife!

This is the third time eating at this restaurant. We had a great experience once again. Michael H. Our waiter was excellent and knowledgeable. He was a joy to have as our waiter. Thank you

Lisa was our server for the evening and she was amazing. She was on point for every detail that helped provide a wonderful dining experience. We celebrated our son’s birthday and she left “no stone unturned! So much so that I will ask to be seated in whatever area she’s in. Lisa was pleasant, professional, engaging, and beautiful! Please share our thoughts with her❤️
