Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection.     The best dining experience we have ever had. Edgar our waiter was simply amazing with his suggestions on the menu and incredible birthday experience for my wife. We had the Sea Bass and Filet for meals. The Sea Bass was very good with an excellent sauce. The Filet was good as well. Skip the appetizer if you must as you have to have the banana fosters as it was the food highlight of the meal. Overall Edgar made this a very special meal that we will not soon forget.

    It was our 52 year anniversary we are very disappointed. Been there several times before always happy with everything but last night was a disaster. The mashed potatoes were dry and hard as a brick bat my lobster seemed to be cooked too long and was rubbery. The service was terrible. Our waiter needs prayer. Let’s leave it at that. I think he forgot we were there. I had to dig my own lobster out of my shell, but the one good light is the manager couldn’t have been more apologetic. She couldn’t have been more professional and she was all over it so I will go back because I’d hate to see this restaurant not be there. I love Eddie V’s.

    My one suggestion for improvement is that it too long to be seated. We arrived on time for a 9 reservation but had to wait 10-15 minutes to be seated Once seated everything was great Great drinks food service We love the live music in the bar Bryson is a great server

    Amazing service. I has arrived early and the host graciously accommodated my daughter and I. EV’s made our date night absolutely perfect. My daughter is 6 so they set the table up with stars, Barbie decorations, and a beautiful rose. This made her night, which in turn made mine. Thank you.

    The food was excellent. The menu is varied. The cocktails were good. The service was excellent. Thank you Jeremy. The restaurant was full and the noise level was moderate. The tables aren’t crowded together so you can have an intimate dinner or celebration. It was a great evening.

    Four of us celebrated a birthday and everything we ordered was delicious. The table cloth was sprinkled with small Happy Birthday confetti and a birthday card . They sent me honey eith complimentary chocolate cookies.
