Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     Had a 730 reservation, did not get seated until 750. Apparently they were seating walk-ins ahead of reservations,  essentially turning reservations into a waiting list. Poor management.

    We are regulars at this Eddie V's and always enjoy having dinner there. Christmas Eve was no exception. I had the Yellowtail Sashimi and Ahi Tuna and my husband had the beet salad and Ahi Tuna and some Asparagus. As always, it was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and it was fun seeing so many happy people enjoying Christmas Eve dinner!

    I don't know of a better restaurant in the Dallas area. The food is so good it's ridiculous and the service is a 10!

    Eddie V’s food was as excellent as always. The calamari appetizer and the truffled Mac and cheese side are stand outs that are not to be missed. Unfortunately, our server was either overwhelmed or in need of more training as the service was not what we have experienced in the past, nor what we expected. It was painfully slow (35 minutes between sitting down and getting simple drinks kind of slow) and we were often left asking other waiters or food runners for help. Despite the service not being up to par we greatly enjoyed our meal and will be back, just maybe not in said servers section. ;)

    Incredible first experience on Christmas Eve in Plano. Sophie was absolutely amazing and it would not have been the same without her as our service specialist!!! Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and always a smile. This included all of the staff from the valet to management!! Food was amazing. Came for a seafood experience but chose the filet trio. (By choice of Sophie). The flavors were exceptional and cooked to perfection. (FYI…I do not eat a lot of red meat….i was in heaven). Incredible live music and a bananas foster on fire gave the perfect magical ending. Thank Eddie V’s. We will be back

    Everything the whole experience was impeccable. There's not bad table in the house regarding seating. Our appetizer Beet Salad wow and the special was Red Fish was beyond delicious, our waiter brought out complimentary desert tray, our evening experience was delightful, and we'll be going back soon.

    Service is great. Their food is very tasty; especially the salmon and Mac and cheese. The environment is great for a date night.
