Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Eddie V's is always a favorite of mine - especially for special occasions. The staff this time had a bit of a hiccup at first - 1) Entrance hostess seemed overwhelmed because so many people had arrived all at once.; 2) Initial delivery of water and bread was prompt but the wait staff to take drink order did not arrive for 15 minutes. The best part was that a management person recognized that we had not seen anyone. She very smoothly and quickly came to the table apologized and introduced us to our primary contact. She took our drink order and quickly returned with it. Great recovery!! The attentiveness immediately improved and made this a great experience. Food is fantastic - filet cooked perfectly, signature rice dish has always been fabulous and this time had a bit of a kick- from a bit of red pepper that the chef added! The ambiance was lively with the spill over of entertainment in the bar area. Always a good choice for top notch service and food.

Michael did an excellent job. Celebrated an engagement & 50th anniversary. Table decorated with roses. Made to order special requests & complimentary special deserts & greeting cards. A very special night! TY

We went to Eddie V’s to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. The food, service, and ambiance were outstanding! The lobster bisque was so delicious! If you are celebrating a special occasion or a special date night out I would highly recommend this restaurant! 10/10 And make sure you take a stroll through the union trust building! Beautiful!

Eddie V’s is Beautiful and Great for a Special Occasion. The Seafood Tower was Amazing and the Oysters were Great. Courtney was Very Informative & helped Us with Our Selections. Can’t Wait to Come Back Again.

Went there to celebrate my birthday, our server Courtney was the best she made the experience wonderful although I was a little disappointed with the calamari and the steak tataki ... both were salty .... the Chilean sea bass m, crab fried rice, and lobster tacos were delicious
