Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Shout out to waiter Albert who made the experience that much better. Great lamb chops cooked perfectly. A very enjoyable meal.

We had an amazing experience at Eddie V’s. The food, the ambiance, the staff were all phenomenal. They paid attention to every detail and made the evening a beautiful moment in time that my best friend and could both savor. From Venessa, to Julia to Ryan and others that made our good time I extend my deepest appreciation. Thank you! I would certainly recommend this restaurant and location to anyone looking to get great food and exquisite service. Cheers!!!

I recently celebrated my birthday at Eddie V’s, and it was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance was lively, thanks to the talented live band that set the perfect mood for the evening. The food was exquisite, with a menu offering a diverse range of delicious options. The staff (especially Katy) were attentive and made the night feel special, even bringing out a surprise dessert to celebrate the occasion. If you're looking for a place with great food, a festive atmosphere, and live music to elevate your celebration, Eddie V’s is the perfect choice.

My only gripe is that we’ve been to Eddie V’s countless times, but it’s odd that the manager, who we see every time, still doesn’t seem to recognize us as loyal regulars.

The service was lacking. Our waitress was nice but did not check on us during our meal or to fill water. Other tables were given hot hand towels before the meal we were not, other tables were given amuse bouche we were not, other tables that were celebrating a birthday had a card on the tables wishing them a happy birthday and I specified on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday but our table had NO card. So it’s the little things that at the end that doesn’t justify a return at least not for the price they demand.

Our server, Luna, provided exceptional service. We were celebrating our anniversary and was provided with complimentary champagne and dessert! Luna was attentive and made sure everything was to our liking.
