Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

Our dinner was fantastic. The wedge salad and sea bass were excellent. The ambiance on the back terrace was great and we could hear the music from the bar. The highlight of the evening was Anna whose attention to detail and service was over and above. It was probably one of the best dinner experiences in the valley .🍷🍸🌵

We went with two couples that have never been there before and they loved it as much as we do. Greatest service in town. The food was delish. Usually get the Crab fried rice but tried the Lobster mashed potato's and they were amazing! As always the Seabass, Filet Mignon and Salmon were off the charts. Thank you for being so consistent. We also asked for a special spot on the back patio by the music in the bar and we were seated there. Thank you!!!!! Lovely evening.

We were celebrating a 50 th anniversary and they were great about it, bringing champagne and complimentary dessert for us to enjoy. A really nice touch! Thank you!

Wonderful evening. Food was great, loved the Ahi tuna appetizer, steak was perfect, lobster complementary. Service was friendly, helpful, and added to the experience. Second time in Palm Desert location - will return for sure.

The food was great and the service was excellent. AJ was very attentive and spot on about the lobster tacos which were the best we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the honey siratcha glazed Brussels sprouts as a side, along with the wet aged bone in ribeye and Chilean sea bass. We were stuffed and didn’t have room for dessert. Wonderful evening ended with the manager coming by our table to make sure we had a great experience. We will definitely go back next time we’re in the desert.

Wonderful service from the check in desk to our server Eric. Oysters on half shell are alway a winner. We have been to Eddie V’s over 5 times and it never disappoints. There is something for everyone!

Our food was amazing as was our waiter(beyond), however felt sorry for our dining partners who are vegetarian, no offers except pasta pasta pasta! Eddie V is cutting edge delicious .. bring it on a little diversity with the veggie's 😘😘 easily do a veggie sauté toss on top toasted romaine . Thanks , we will be back again and again .
