Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

I took two people to happy hour at Eddie V‘s last night. It was wonderful. The food is always delicious. The cocktails are so right on and we got to listen to some music before we left. Priscilla was our waitress and she was wonderful. All the servers and people who work there are always very pleasant and professional and makes my visit great. Happy new year to you all.

I have been Eddie Vs many times and am a year round customer. I have been to this location for dinner and bar service. So I know what is possible and normal. My experience on this visit was a disaster. Terrible service start to finish. Long to delay to place drink order, no follow up on drinks for more, no clearing of dirty dishes and plates. Placed app order then long delay in dinner order. Menus remain at table for an hour again no dirty dishes or table clearing cleaning. This was a one star experience at best. Food was great as usual. We even had to get up from the table and go to the reception desk for a soup spoon. That was how inattentive the staff were. It was a special Birthday occasion too. Weird item, Valet came to our table today he was leaving and gave us our key. We were not yet down with dinner. Just wow.

Eddie V’s delivered an excellent experience for my husband’s birthday celebration! The wine, cocktails and food were delicious, and the service was outstanding. The live music being played in the bar was wonderful. We could hear it where we were seated in the dining room, but it wasn’t too loud or intrusive. The restaurant is known for seafood, which was fresh and expertly prepared. Some people in our party enjoyed steaks and lamb chops and said the food was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Eddie V’s for a special occasion or simply for the enjoyment of top quality food, beverages and a great time!

Excellent celebration! They gave us the wrong steak and when I asked for what we ordered they complied but it took way too long. Everyone else was done with their meal and the sides were cold by the time we got our steak. Should have been more of a priority. I get that they were very busy but it’s not a cheap eats sort of place. Expectation was not met.

It was NYE so one can expect issues. First they tried to seat us outside even telling us that we would have to wait 4 hours for. Place inside. Then they found a table inside. I ordered the seafood tower as I have done the last 2 years. It was half the size and lobster tails were over cooked. They did bring an entire new lobster which I appreciated but the oysters were so small I left hungry. Time to find a new place for NYE

Palm Desert personified. Great food, service, and some glam. Perfect spot for our New Year’s Eve celebration.
