Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. The staff were warm and welcoming. The parking attendant was particularly helpful with my disabled husband. We all had fish which was delicious. I ordered the appetizer crab cake for my entree. It was enormous and delicious. My husband’s Sea Bass which he had enjoyed at the Chicago location was equally delicious and perfectly prepared at the Palm Desert location. The ambiance and noise level were perfect. We’ll be back!

This has the best food and service in Palm Desert. We love the courtyard and the music. Gloria is a great addition to their management. She is gracious and enhances our experience. The warm mushroom salad with goat cheese is delicious as was the Rack of Lamb and Lobster Tacos. It is always. Five star for food and service .

Eddie Vs is an excellent place for dinner! You can't go wrong. They have a great selection of food and drinks. Everything we got was so delicious. I love the little extra steps this restaurant takes to take your dining experience to the next level. We were celebrating our anniversary and I love that they offered us champagne while they were getting our table ready and also gave us a cute mini desert. It's the little things. You see all the stuff helping each other out. The service was top notch. It is a little loud inside because they have live music, but it didn't take away from us enjoying the evening. 10/10 recommend.

Food was excellent, the service was professional, but we were put off by the server’s use of the “ royal we” throughout the evening. I imagine he’s been instructed to speak that way, so, if that is the case, please stop this practice.

We enjoyed sitting on the front patio and had the best waiter, Anthony!! He was superb. The service was what made the evening!! It was a great family dinner with 4 adults and 2 kids (8 & 9 year olds), and Eddie V’s was a highlight for our little vacation. My filet mignon was wonderful and the bernaise sauce was great with it. Lives the BLT Wedge salad, which I split. My husband ordered scallops and thought they were okay, but not amazing. The creamy mashed potatoes were not that creamy, so I think we should’ve ordered the au gratin cheesy potatoes instead. Anthony brought several desserts for the table (on the house, which was so sweet), and love the bananas foster and butter cake, but thought the berry sorbet with it did nothing to enhance the butter cake. Kind of an odd pairing, but it was free so whatever. They usually pair it with a nutty ice cream, which is better, in my opinion. We will definitely be back when in the desert (or go to our local one in La Jolla). I think their filet mignon cannot be touched by most other nice restaurants, and I’ve tried it at many.

We came to celebrate our engagement and we’re so excited for a nice evening out. The server was attentive but we waited 2 hours before we saw our entrees, and then they came out cold. For what was meant to be a special evening, the restaurant was not what we expected.
