Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

We were regulars at the downtown Chicago restaurant until they regrettably closed. We were so looking forward to the new restaurant opening. We drove in rush hour traffic from Wilmette to Oak Brook, and were NOT disappointed. We were greeted by a very sweet hostess and shown to our table. Our waitress was Terre. She couldn’t have been more engaging and personable. The busser, Isisidro, made sure we had fresh water and plenty of bread. He was so friendly. The manager, Michael, came over to introduce himself. We had a nice conversation and he made us feel at home. My wife and I split a delightful Caesar salad. She had the Chilean Sea Bass, while I had the best lamb chops on the planet (so big I could only eat one). We split the Asparagus and the Crab Fried Rice. The fried rice is beyond this world. The Eddie V’s Oakbrook location is every bit as great as the Chicago location was. We’ll be sure to make the trek on a regular basis.

Wonderful service and food. Very friendly and welcoming staff. A bit pricey but definitely splurge worthy.

Our bartender Himal was absolutely Fantastic!!! Our drinks & dinner were delicious! We'll definitely be back

I was utterly disappointed at the experience I had. I celebrated my birthday here and will never be back again. Employees were rude. My server was the only person that made our experience worth while.

Amazing! Our dinner was succulent! Silence took over our group after taken our first bite. Everything was prepared with care and love. The service we received from Jorge was EXCEPTIONAL! Jorge took time to explain the menu and offer advice on options. Eddie V's Manager, Michael Marinakos visited our table and introduced himself, a practice seldom seen in today's non-personal approach. Lisa and Micheal gave us a great experience for our first time visit! Very attentive to our table and made our 23/5yr anniversary amazing! The ambiance was gorgeous will definitely be returning to enjoy more of the live entertainment!
