Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Very select restaurant. The servers are very helpful, explaining dishes with professionalism. The food is even better. Recommend to stop in for a very pleasant night out in Nashville.

Eddie V’s is one of my main go-to places in Nashville. It is excellent every time. All of our guests have had a great experience as well. Service, ambiance, and food - top notch! Hope diamond and smoked old fashioned - yum!! Love the music in the bar too…perfect volume to enjoy but also still have a conversation. Keep up the great work!

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Everyone in my group of 6 of agreed. The food was excellent from the seafood to the steaks. Our server Cadence made the entire evening very enjoyable. He was attentive always there at the right time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for top shelf food and service.

The service here is amazing. They deliver consistently with great service… it’s nice to know you can still find these restaurants. I would say there are 4 total in Nashville, and this is one of them.
