Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. This is one of the BEST restaurants in Nashville. We celebrated a birthday today and the restaurant made the effort to take extra steps to help us celebrate. These added touches are just one of many reasons why your restaurant should be heralded. Great food, great service, and personal attention. All we can say is thank you and we will be back! Thank you very much!!

Wonderful time. Entire staff was very attentive which truly enhanced our dining experience. Food was amazing and we would love to come back again next time we roll through Nashville.

This was our first experience at Eddie V’s to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything about our visit was top notch. Service, environment and food were outstanding. Coy was our server and he did a phenomenal job. The steak melted in your mouth and the au gratin potatoes were delicious. There were rose petals and a card in the table to welcome us, free glasses of champagne for a toast as we were seated and a dessert trio presentation with Happy Anniversary We loved it and will certainly be back. Thank you for helping make our anniversary one to remember!

We had a belated birthday dinner on New Year’s Eve. Service was great our server was spot on. The food was amazing we had filet mignon with lobster and Sole with mash potatoes and truffle macaroni and cheese. We completed our dinner with a lovely birthday dessert. We also started our dinner with a couple of appetizers of oysters and ahi tuna. We cannot wait to return and would highly recommend for a fun evening out with amazing food.

This was our second visit to Eddie V‘s and I have to say the food and the service is top-notch. I like consistency and predictability and that’s what I get Our server Shelby was wonderful. The only downside to this experience was the location of our table. We were in a small room of 5 to 6 tables and the noise level was almost unbearable. This is not something the restaurant can really control so I will not hold that against them. However, upon my next visit, I will be asking to be seated upstairs. I like consistency and predictability and that’s what I get at Eddie V‘s.

Ryan was friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, attentive and the best waiter you could ask for to have a great dining experience. The food was prepared and presented perfectly. This was my fourth visit and dining experience at Eddie V’s. Thanks again and Happy New Year.
