Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Upscale feel, great looking menu, but the food quality and taste were a little underwhelming. Lobster was great, filet was alright, usually my go to which determines if we will return again. Based off the cook and seasoning, we will not return, plus for that quality the cost seemed steep. Fair prices if as advertised by the wait staff that it would be "perfect" then I understand, but if perfect is what you are looking for, I recommend another site. Very friendly people, very well managed (from what I can tell), and the ambiance was very comfortable and inviting. I recommend the corn as a side, but not the mac and cheese. Good visit, but that will be our only visit. Plus, the mark up on alcohol was ridiculous. $36 for a double bourbon on the rocks and it wasn't top shelf. Just an opinion.

What an absolute gem of an establishment! Hostess was friendly and knowledgeable and helped us determine where we wanted to sit since we were new to the restaurant and were only able to select outside seating on open table due to the availability from the holiday that was approaching. Our server Annie was a fantastic waitress and that’s saying a lot considering some of the other fine dining establishments that we have visited across the country. She as super friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu and continued to wow us throughout our entire experience. Everything from our lobster taco appetizer, to the crab cake, to the Caesar salads were spot on. My wife’s steak is almost always undercooked, but not at Eddie V’s! She asked for medium and it was exactly that! We both agreed that it was not only the best steak that we’ve ever had, but also the best restaurant we’ve ever tried and that’s even over Cameron Mitchell’s Ocean Club in Columbus, Ohio where we are from that was our favorite restaurant. What a stellar experience! Give her a huge pat on the back as well as everyone else that made our experience one to remember! All around terrific!

We ate outside, and it was in the 70’s. Cadence was excellent, and we had a great dinner. No rush, and reasonable, considering it was fresh seafood. The scallops and seared tuna were awesome. Crème brûlée to finish was the same.

Always a great experience. Mike D is one of the most attentive servers I’ve ever had. Great food and great atmosphere.

As usual, the food and service were both amazing. Our server, George performed well above expectations. We will definitely return again!

It was my mom and aunts birthdays and Eddie Vs just made the experience for all of us so special I can’t thank them enough.

It was disappointing. We were seated next to the hostess station so it was loud and busy. Our waitress spoke so softly we couldn’t hear her. All of our seafood came out cool not even room temperature. I didn’t want to eat it. After our food came we didn’t see the waitress again. My husband would’ve gotten another beer but he couldn’t order another because no one came to the table.
