Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Came here for my significant others birthday. Nothing's perfect but this experience was very close to it! The service was impeccable and the food was just as good! They even accommodated me for bringing a cake the day before, and kept it a surprise. Eddie V's has created an experience that we will never forget! Will definitely be back in the near future!

We had an amazing Christmas Eve dinner. Eddie V’s was superb. The food was phenomenal. Every bite was delicious! The service and ambiance were over the top. Lasting memories made.

Christmas Eve at Eddie V’s was amazing! Jazz Trio was a great surprise. The lobster tail was melt in your mouth! Our server, Melody, was so helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing service!

Fresh oysters with the “atomic horseradish “ was amazing The calamari was presented with an Asian twist and was fantastic Lobster tacos were decadent Sea bass was buttery and delicious Live music was a fantastic touch Outstanding experience We will be back

One of the best eating experiences of my life. Every course had amazing flavors. Have to watch how much you eat because the portions are very generous, and my eyes were definitely bigger than my stomach. Service was amazing and although it was expensive, it was worth every penny. Not a meal for the budget conscience, however, if you really want to impress somebody who is a foodie it is definitely the place to go to get a real fine dining experience.

I have a multitude of food allergies. The chef was able to fix me the best food and I had no known reactions. My food was delicious and my boyfriend’s steak was excellent. Definitely recommended to anyone.

My husband and I arrived in Nashville on a Sunday afternoon and headed straight to Eddie V's because A.I. literally directed us there based upon our eating preferences. We dined at the bar and found the menu to be incredible, from the Tataki and oysters on the half-shell for starters, to the tenter ribeye and scrumptious scallops, to crème brule to finish it off! of note, the spicy margaritas were very satisfying, and the Austin Hope Cab was the perfect finish. we spent about $150 per person, but our tastebuds were totally content, more so than usual!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location in three months and the bathrooms weren’t stocked with paper towels again. The last time I was there the bathroom was an absolute wreck. For an establishment of this caliber, the lack of attention to the bathrooms makes you wonder what else they are missing. The calamari was prepared differently this time, it was ok, but not the amazing dish is usually is. This is the also the first time I’ve had a steak not prepared as requested from them and it had to be sent back. I truly hope it’s a fluke because I absolutely adore this restaurant. The service is always great and I will go back again and keep my fingers crossed they’ve worked out their issues.
