Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Bartender was horrible clueless of empty glasses and drinks. Waited 45 minutes for the entree, no explanation. This was my number one stop in Nashville. Not anymore. And they weren't busy. Never saw a manager. We just couldn't believe how unaware she was. We started with a black Bartender she was excellent some reason she switched stations.

Really enjoyed our dinner ! Service was enthusiastic and professional . The lobster mashed potatoes were awesome . Would go back for that alone .

The steak was overcooked. The last 2 times I’ve been to Jeff rubys, the steak has been overcooked. Love the restaurant, just unfortunate the steak hasn’t been right.

Our server, Brandi, was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was excellent. Highly recommended!

I brought my girlfriend here for her 25th birthday. Maggie was our server she was amazing she even went the extra mile and decorated the table with happy birthday stickers and rose pedals. She even brought a complimentary desert with Champagne. Food was excellent as well I had the Jumbo Gulf Shrimp and my girlfriend had the Norwegian Salmon needless to say we both had “Happy Plates”

I came here for my 28th Birthday and I RECOMMEND IT 10/10!! Waiter was attentive, delicious food, calm live music, they surprised me with champagne, a Happy Birthday treat, added rose petals to the table for decoration. Overall the dining experience was perfect for a Birthday dinner! Will definitely be back. Thank you so much for making my night so special 🩷
