Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. It was an amazing experience. We waited probably 10 minutes. Got free, champagne, and free hors d’oeuvres offered. ambience was lovely. They have live jazz music . Food was amazing we were seated at a high top table, which was comfortable.

We had an absolutely "fabulous" Valentine's Day dinner at this top-notch restaurant. We introduced two friends of ours to this awesome restaurant and they were blown away in every possible respect. For the very first time we were seated in a different section of the restaurant. I was disappointed in that I thought that our favorite server Alaina was not going to be working this evening. I was looking to really impress our dinner guests and I thought that that was not possible anymore. And then a few minutes later, around the bend I see Alaina & she sees us. She was surprised to see us & didn't know that we were in this evening. When I saw her I told her that she just made our entire evening. We gave each other a big hug and the evening was absolutely "amazing" from that point onwards. She remembered our favorite cocktails, even our appetizers and entrées, I could not get over what a great memory she has. The lobster tacos, the Caesar salads, the shrimp stuffed with crab meat and the special swordfish stuffed with crab were absolutely out of this world. One of our dinner guests always orders salmon every single time we go out. But tonight of all nights he decided he was gonna try the fillet. We all held our breath as his fillet arrived and he tasted it and he thought it was prepared and tasted just perfectly. The restaurant was absolutely packed and one would imagine that the chefs would perhaps not be able to keep the quality of the food up but instead they knocked it out of the ballpark. We recommended the bananas foster for dessert and our dinner guests were blown away yet again. Thank you once again to Alaina for showcasing Eddie's absolutely amazing food and her top-notch service and awesome sense of humor to our first time dinner guests and making this a Valentine's Day to remember !!!

Beautiful experience and great food. It was my wife’s birthday and she just got back from a business trip. This is one her favorite restaurants so we decided to come. Our waiter was Erik with a “k”. Erik provided phenomenal service to my wife and I. He also brought out my wife, a beautiful cake with the happy birthday written in chocolate syrup. Thank you for the special day for us.

We had a 4:15 reservation and were promptly and happily greeted by a lovely hostess. We were seated in a comfortable booth and Regan our server came over right away and introduced herself. We started with some bloody Mary’s after a Long night of celebrating our eagles win, GO BIRDS! The bloody Mary’s hit the spot and we ordered a 22 ounce ribeye, and a 10 oz filet with a lobster tail. Everything was cooked perfectly, and tasted awesome. The sides were just as good if not better, the truffle Mac n cheese and the au graten potatoes were incredible, we also loved the Brussels sprouts. Even though we were full we saved some room for dessert and that was. Treat in its own. (Great presentation by Regan on the bananas foster!) Alex the manager stopped by too and said hi and made us feel really welcome too! Everyone was so friendly. I told my girlfriend we’re coming back in early April for my bday! Can’t wait!

Eddie Vs is a great choice for mid luxury food, my food was a little cold this time ( the crab fried rice). Other than that it was good. V the manger is always sweet and super accommodating.
