Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

    Superb dining experience all the way around. Filet mignon, bone in NY, parmesan crusted sole, oysters and the lettuce wedge was all incredible. Would have loved a sautéed or crème spinach but they don’t offer that. Had grilled asparagus instead and that was just OK because they were so skinny.

    It was my birthday and they made me feel so special from the hostess to the servers. This was our first time here and it was amazing from the food to the people. Gizem was our server she was the best she made sure we understood all the food and options. I had the Parmesan crusted sole and my husband had the scallops both dishes were delicious. Gizem was so sweet she even gave us the crab fried rice to try it was amazing. And to top it all off I received a beautiful dessert for my birthday! We will definitely be back.

    I had an absolutely amazing time. The atmosphere and the service were absolutely outstanding. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our server paid great attention to detail and offered fantastic food recommendations. The food itself was incredibly tasty and expertly crafted. I can't wait to go back.

The service is exceptional, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who make you feel welcome and well-cared for throughout your meal. The food is delicious, with fresh, high-quality seafood prepared to perfection. The cocktails are well crafted, offering a delightful start to the evening, and the wine list is extensive, providing excellent pairings for every course.

    One of the best nights we’ve had in a long time. The service was impeccable and the food was outstanding. One of the top 10 meals I’ve had.
