Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier.     First time at Eddie V’s and had a wonderful dining experience. Service was excellent. Byron was our attendant and he was amazing. Food was very good even though my steak was a bit overcooked. It was still very good. My only complaint was that we requested a private and quite table and were taken to a lovely side room and a very nice corner table, but the table next to us was extremely loud and very close in proximity ! luckily for us they finished dining after 45 minutes of our arrival and left.

    First time and we will be repeat customers. Aga Kaiser (server) was outstanding. Very attentive to us. we went for early dinner so crowds were thin. beef tartar prepared tableside is outstanding. parmesan sole will be a staple to come back for. and the 10 oz Filet was cooked to perfection. really enjoyed the experience. thank you for providing a memorable meal

    My first time at Eddie V’s was amazing. I am vegetarian, and I am not a seafood fan, but I wanted to show my significant other a good time for a business opening. Maddie, our server, ensured I was accommodated nicely with my food options (same price of course), and she was well-versed in the dishes. Her recommendation for the Banana Foster dessert was 10/10 phenomenal. Thank you, Maddie, hands down.

    The best lobster in town! We have been to the Orlando location and Fort Lauderdale was spectacular as well!

    It came there looking forward to fillet and South African lobster tail. Place store order and unfortunately my husband got very ill and we had to leave and they were so kind to cancel our order. Try to make it there at least once a month our favorite place.

    The is was pur first time dining with Eddie Vs as well as Fort Lauderdale. We seleceted this restaurant based solely on the menu and website. We were completely blown away by the stellar cuisine, ambiance, and extremely attentive staff! Our server was truly amazing and made our night extra special! This will be a very memorable and magical birthday! 6 out of 5 stars!!

    The food was enjoyable, but for a restaurant of this caliber and price point, we anticipated a higher level of service and more meticulous attention to detail. To fully justify the experience, both the cuisine and the service need to be exceptional.
