Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

It’s always a pleasure dining at Eddie‘s no matter what the occasion is Maegan and Kim are my girls and the entire staff are really wonderful people. They always make my experiences the best that they can ever be.

I went today for my birthday dinner with my family and it was all our first time coming to the restaurant. Our server, Aimi, made our experience amazing and the food was just as great. This is definitely being added to our list of family restaurants and we will let others know as well.

Eddie V’s made a date night a special night with my wife of 30 years. Great food and great service again.

My friend and I enjoyed everything including the food, cocktails, live music, and our waitress was the absolute best. A great night indeed.

We love, Eddie V’s. Everything on the menu is good, no, great. Nathan is the best server at any of the restaurants where we dine. He always makes the experience five star.

Fantastic experience starting with service. We were graciously welcomed by the hostess - super pleasant. We celebrated a birthday and a number of people stopped by to wish happy birthday. It is the little things that count. In regard to the overall service I cannot say enough how good it was. Aime was our server who managed our table like an orchestra paying attention to every detail. Hamza who brought out a few of our appetizers was so pleasant. Renee popped from the bar to check on us a few times and Megan the manager personally came by to check on us multiple times. Food was fantastic. I would highly recommend going to Eddie V’s for a casual happy hour or to celebrate an event. A+++
