Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. 1st experience with Eddie was in Boston during my work trip, enjoyed every dish there but don’t have to travel far as Eddie is here in El Segundo and we love the steak and seafood platters, Tanner our waiter and all the staffs were very nice and professional. Highly recommended for a great dining experience either for business meetings or a date night but do have smart casual attires ❤️

From the first interaction of the gentleman opening the door to the restaurant to our wonderful server bringing us a beautiful birthday dessert at the end of our dinner this restaurant is a class act of hospitality. A one of kind restaurant with amazing food, stunning decor, and an amazing staff. Our server Jazmin was patient, professional and incredibly kind. After appetizers that were to die for I had a 10oz petite filet, sides of lobster mash potatoes and grilled asparagus. My husband had the special of an 8 oz filet mignon, wrapped in bacon topped with grilled shrimp and tempura onion rings. We had a delicious encounter along with the best staff we have ever experienced in a restaurant setting. Thank you Eddie V’s for making my husbands birthday incredibly memorable.

I have been seven times. All seven were great. Last night was a miss. We sat outside, and waited over an hour for our food. Two of our three steaks were overcooked terribly. My bill was adjusted slightly, but after I asked. I usually give 5 stars here, but this time was a miss.

This restaurant is Top Tier. My Mom and I enjoyed every part of this experience. Our server, Aimi, was exceptional. We will definitely dine here again.
