Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. It was amazing. Our servers were Kevin and Amy. They took great care of us. Amy was amazing! Food was prepared perfect and was delicious!

The food is always excellent. The atmosphere is lively, especially in the busy bar, where a jazz trio plays. The outside patio with fire tables is also unique. Nothing bad to say about Eddie V.

The ambiance was amazing. Staff was so accommodating and quick with our needs. I was celebrating my birthday and felt so special. Peter was our waiter and he was impeccable. Food was amazing, lobster bisque was beautifully cooked as well as the crab stuffed shrimp. Wedge salad could use some work tho! Lettuce a big glob of dressing and bacon with heirloom tomatoes fell a little flat but other than that it was a beautiful night! Thank you, again I felt really special

Great food. I had the mini filet sliders, oysters Rockefeller, and the bourbon sour from happy hour. Chelsea was our bartender/server. Service was friendly and well done. She was able to keep up with everyone’s order and special requests. We had a glitch with the bill, but Chelsea called the manager and fixed the problem before we had time to bring it to her attention. A band played starting at about 6:30p and they were excellent.

Eddie Vs is our fav restaurant in LA! We went there to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday and everything was amazing as usual the food, drinks and our banana foster yummmm 10/10

Nathan and Axel took really good care of us. We had the Big Eddie tower and it was fantastic. Would recommend Eddie V’s for a celebration dinner or just a nice night out.
