Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. our dining experience was absolutely fantastic. The entire staff seemed dedicated to making our visit extraordinary Starting with our cocktails which were made perfectly and generously poured we proceeded to an appetizer of fresh, tasty, and good size shrimp with a duo of dipping sauces, our main course was a Filet and a NY Strip Steak, both of which were cooked to the perfect temperature as well as each being tender and very flavorful. accompanying the steaks we ordered the potatoes au gratin which was a nice size portion with plenty of cheesy goodness and perfectly prepared potatoes. dinner was so filling we passed on dessert. I would and will recommend visiting Eddie V's for any occasion where you want to have a great meal and feel like a values guest. Chris the manager visited our table inquiring if were needed anything and ensuring everything was going well, which it most definitely was. Brice was our waitperson who very personable, efficient, made ud feel valued. Kudos to all the staff. We will be returning soon and often.

My husband and I have dined at this establishment three times now. We prefer the bar area so we can listen to the jazz band. The music is at a perfect volume so you can still enjoy intimate conversation. There is also a beautiful dining room with an amazing crystal chandelier if you prefer a more formal dining area. The food is absolutely delicious! Over our few visits, we have enjoyed amazing filet mignon, delectable tender lobster tails and the Chilean Seabass. The drinks are amazing; along with the wine list. And we have also indulged in a few tasty dessert items. Crème Brûlée is my fav there! We love everything about this place and highly recommend it!

I had an amazing time for my first time at Eddie V’s! Everything was perfect from the ambiance to the food down to our waiter Rachel who was by the way awesome and gave us a few food and drink recommendations. It was my birthday dinner and it was well worth it. I am definitely coming back here soon.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Music was a bit loud but overall great experience. Server was great, Jordan maybe? GM was nice, everyone made sure we had a great experience.

This was our first visit to Eddie V’s. Took my daughter out to celebrate her birthday. The cuisine was superb. Service was excellent. Thomas was attentive and very professional. He surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and our experience here.
