Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. After a year of wanted to come to this restaurant when it opened I finally got the experience and needless to say it was the below the bar of what I was expecting! Coming from someone who loves del friscos and a “foodie” if you will, I was disappointed in not only the quality of food but the service. I ordered the ribeye with truffle Mac and sweet corn. Both of those were actually delicious.. I only had a bite of the steak. They originally bought it out rare as ever then took a long time (23 minutes) to make it well done. The bread and cocktail was the best thing I had. I will come here again but I’ll only get something small. It was not worth the bill of $230. Once the steak finally came back, we had already been there for 3 hours, I was ready to go. The waitress didn’t seem to care much about me not even touching my food. My mom raved about this place and how good the salmon was. If I ever come back I might try that, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I think I’ll spend money elsewhere.

Our meal exceeded expectations! We celebrated dad’s 92nd birthday and from start to finish our server Peyton made the meal memorable. The. Ran cake appetizer was outstanding as was the halibut which was a special for the evening. The stuffed shrimp and the prime filet mignon were amazing as was the crab fried rice! The wine list has something for everyone and the dessert that the restaurant provided to my dad complimentary was delicious and thoughtful The service Payton and your staff provided was fantastic and appreciated. We will be back to celebrate another milestone soon!

What a great experience at Eddie V’s. Another fantastic meal with superb service. We love this restaurant. I had the fillet with aged blue cheese crust. Cooked to a perfect medium. Very tasty. My wife had her favorite stuffed shrimp. Crab fried rice is a must. You will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for our next visit

I normally have an amazing experience dining. This time not so much. There was a baby continuously screaming the entire time. We were trying trying to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, the child was uncooperative during our experience. It really put a damper on our time. Dominique, our server was excellent.

The food was excellent and the service was better! It was my wife's birthday and it couldn't have been a better evening. I really appreciate the relaxed atmosphere and we never ever felt rushed. Thank you Eddie V staff for making our evening so enjoyable. Look forward to dining there again.

Great dinner date night. Everything was great. Little pricey. Live music was nice in lounge side. Free birthday treat was a bonus! Valet parking was elegant touch ! Multi culture environment!

Staff was amazing. Chris the manager made us feel like family. Food was beyond delicious. The best restaurant we ever visited.
