Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. It was our first time having dinner at Eddie V’s! We wanted to try some place different to celebrate our wedding anniversary! It turned out to be an excellant choice. The decor and ambiance were beautiful and romantic. We were seated in a comfortable booth decorated with Happy Anniversary gold confetti and an anniversary card from the restaurant! ( A very nice touch.) Our server, Jordan, was informative about the restaurant’s history and the menu! She was polite, patient and professional! We chose the seafood tower. It was a cold bevy of different types of seafood including shrimp, oysters, lobster and crabmeat. We also ordered stuffed shrimp ( which were two nice size shrimp loaded with crab meat), crab fried rice and sliced scalloped cheesy potatoes! My hubby had wine from an extensive wine list and I ordered a white sangria which wasn’t on the menu but the bartender prepared for me! (Yum) We didn’t order dessert but Jordan came out with two brownie like chocolate cookies and a honey cake topped with banana foster which was flamed table side! We highly recommend Eddie V’s and will definitely return!

Service was not at level vs when they opened up. Place was not busy and they sat us a booth w no silverware and napkins.

Quality of food and cocktails were excellent and the atmosphere was very cool. I liked the Art Deco/Speakeasy vibe. Staff was excellent. Great live music in the bar too. We will return for sure. 👍👍

Mentioned making our reservation that it was our anniversary & we had our table tastefully decorated to celebrate with a card on the table. Place is modern, trendy, yet elegant. Leigh was our server and she was extremely friendly and attentive. Food was all perfectly prepared. Initially, steak was brought out without the cave aged blue cheese that was requested, but it was corrected quickly. Dessert also had a cute Happy Anniversary message written in chocolate on the plate.

This was our first visit and it was outstanding! Our server Vince had great attention to detail, paced the meal appropriately and made us feel like welcome guests. We had the Wagyu special and stuffed shrimp and would highly recommend it. The bananas foster butter cake dessert is next level. Make sure you order it!

This was the best experience we’ve had at Eddie Vs mostly because of our server John. He was so on top of things. He even refilled my ice tea w out me even asking. Truth be told my biggest gripe w Eddie Vs has been that they are always asking about getting another glass of wine but I’ve never been offered a refill on ice tea or soda. Food was good . I had the lobster tortillas and my partner had the Sea Bass.
