Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Reservation for 7:00. At 6:40 I get a text our table is ready. We arrive at 7:00 and was told our table was being cleaned. Not sure what changed between 6:40 and 7:00. 3rd time visiting, service was terrible. Server was trying to take our drink order before we removed coats and sat down. Took forever to get our bottle of wine. We told the manager about it and she took responsibility for the delay. Calamari app was lukewarm when it came out. Asparagus side came out 10 minutes before entrees and was cold when entrees came out. We sent back to re fire. It then came out with burnt tips. We told the same manager again when she came by. My shrimp was lukewarm on arrival but over cooked nonetheless. Shrimp was still flavorful. Crab fried rice came out hot and delicious. Lamb chops were hot and delicious. Deserts were good. This was the worst of our visits there. Very disappointed.

Victoria was our service person; she did very good. We had one Vegan among our party and the Chef went out of his way to create a special dish for her. Customer service at its best. The food at Eddie V is consistently excellent. We had a great Christmas Eve dinner. As always, I should say.

Our server was great i forgot her name but she is a Seahawks fan from Seattle. Her energy was warm her smile was stunning. She was a delight to be around.

Semaj was a wonderful server. He went above and beyond, especially for our young son. Our meal was outstanding and made our holiday dinner so special. We will definitely be back and will request Semaj every time.
