Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

We had an amazing date night for Valentine’s Day. Nate was our waiter and he did an amazing job serving us. Food was also very delicious. Thank you!

Had the tuna tartare and crab cake to start and a center cut with lobster tail and scallops for an entrée. To end the meal, we had the banana foster which was well balanced of salt and sweet. The center cut was grilled to perfection and scallops were seared right on the button. Great service and dining experience overall.

Our waiter. John was superb, the food was fantastic as always!! I loved my filet mignon crusted with Parmesan horseradish cooked with perfection, the crab rice, so good and banana fosters always a hit. Thank you Eddie V‘s, we will definitely see you again.!

This place is worth the drive and every penny. The food, service, and ambiance is always absolutely spectacular. Warm inside and we love the live music. Lauren was wonderful, my sea bass was perfect as usual, and I am still hearing about my husbands filet. We go for our anniversary and they always make it special.

Eddie V's is under excellent management. The warm greeting when you enter the door is wonderful. The service is great at all levels. The food continues to be outstanding and the decor is great.
