Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Server was excellent. It was a special event for my husbands work promotion and they brought out a hand written note and then a dessert. She was friendly but not intrusive. No judgement that we did not drink alcohol. Wish their non alcoholic drinks were greater selections. Overall excellent

I have loved Eddie Vs for years but it has recently become disappointing. The dress code is so casual now I feel like I’m at Applebees. My food was cool, not cold. My date’s potato was overdone although his filet was cooked perfectly. Service was fine but server was a bit too casually friendly. His energy did not match what we were hoping was a formal, classy evening. For the price, the whole experience was rather poor.

One of the most consistently good restaurants we have found. Even on a Tuesday night, the food, the service and the atmosphere were all exceptionally satisfying. They always make us feel welcome and recognized. Well done all around.

The food and service was excellent. My only complaint is that it was difficult to have a conversation. We sat a high top in the bar area and there was live entertainment very close to us. The couple next to us sat side by side after they finished eating since there is a bench along the wall side of the tables. The problem is you can't sit like that to eat since the tables are not wide enough. We did enjoy the live music - we will just be sure to sit at the bar, or in the dining room if we go back on a Saturday night.

Food was mediocre for a fancy steakhouse. Filet was good but the blue cheese topping was not. The asparagus was out of season and should not be on the menu until it is back in season. The cheese on the potatoes-gratin was too much like cheese-wiz. Overall decent food but not high-end quality.

We had a great time for New Years eve! Almost made it to midnight! Loved our intimate table and Nate our waiter was awesome! He was very attentive and accommodating, friendly and professional. There was a nice women cleaning up our area and very attentive and sweet! We love Drew and he came over to say Hello! The front desk staff were sweet and took our pictures as well as the valet boys! We loved our apps, meal and dessert! Everything was decorated so festive and we would love to come back next year but will be back soon! Thank you for making our new years eve xtra special!

We have been going there 3 to 4 times a year. They had over 600 reservations last night New Year’s Eve night. They did an outstanding job weight staff Service food timeliness of food. It’s been that way every time I go there whether they’re busy or not I would highly recommend them food quality as outstanding services outstanding management outstanding
