Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. The food and service was excellent. Our server could not have been more attentive. The dinner plates could use a bit more for presentation - a piece of filet mignon on a blank plate appeared dull. The liquor was expensive and a small portion of When the restaurant filled with people the sound level was quite loud.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my brother’s 50th birthday at Eddie V’s, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was elegant and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. The food was simply outstanding—each dish was cooked to absolute perfection, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a delight, leaving us savoring the incredible cuisine. What truly made the night exceptional, however, was our waitress. She was beyond fabulous! Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism elevated the entire experience. It felt like she truly cared about making the evening special, and she succeeded beyond our expectations. The level of service we received was impeccable—timely, thoughtful, and personalized. The team at Eddie V’s made my brother’s milestone birthday so memorable, and I can’t thank them enough. They went above and beyond to ensure it was a night to remember. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate or simply enjoy an incredible meal, Eddie V’s is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Food was phenomenal! Service was exceptional! Atmosphere and ambience could not be beaten and a top notch jazz band to boot! They helped to make our anniversary one we will always remember. Thank you to all at Eddie V’s in Burlington.

Every time we go the service is excellent. Bartenders were great and attentive. Our waitress Sarah was fun, had great recommendations and checked in on us but also let us relax and take our time. Food was delicious. We got shrimp cocktail, salad, steaks and potatoes. The restaurant is great but we are always most impressed with the service.

Another great dining experience. This was our 3rd visit and each time the food and service is top notch. Definitely not a bargain but worth it overall.
