Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Food was phenomenal! Service was exceptional! Atmosphere and ambience could not be beaten and a top notch jazz band to boot! They helped to make our anniversary one we will always remember. Thank you to all at Eddie V’s in Burlington.

Every time we go the service is excellent. Bartenders were great and attentive. Our waitress Sarah was fun, had great recommendations and checked in on us but also let us relax and take our time. Food was delicious. We got shrimp cocktail, salad, steaks and potatoes. The restaurant is great but we are always most impressed with the service.

Another great dining experience. This was our 3rd visit and each time the food and service is top notch. Definitely not a bargain but worth it overall.

We were greated by JOE, who escorted us to our table. He then introduced us to James who was going to be a server for the evening strange as it was we had met him before at a different establishment, and it was great to have him now serving us at Eddie‘s. The service impeccable , my favorite of course, are the oysters Rockefeller and they were cooked and served to perfection. It was a lovely evening and the service again was great. I had a delicious steak and so did my husband, and we added mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, we will be returning, hopefully at least on a monthly basis.

Always a favorite. Burlington is a great location. Elegant w/o the Boston traffic. Food & service is always fantastic.
