Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Everything was amazing, our food took about 40 minutes to come out after our previous course.

We had a delicious Valentine's Day dinner at Eddie V's. From our appetizers to our main entrees to dessert, everything was spot on delicious! The Hope Diamond drink was yummy and the Bananas Foster is a must for dessert! The music was the perfect level and the choice of songs for Valentine's Day was lovely!

Took too long for bread to come out , food was excellent except the lobster tails were a little tough

There on Valentines night. Food was exceptional as was the service. We were seated outside so it wasn’t noisy. I had scallops and my wife had filet. Some of the best we had in a long time. And most important they make a fabulous martint!

We are never disappointed- Ashley was our server and she was attentive. Even on Valentines Day when the restaurant was full, service was efficient, friendly and caring. The noise level in the dining room was moderate- we heard the piano and people talking but quiet enough so that we didn’t have to shout to be heard. Food was up to spec snd prepared exactly as requested. This is truly one of our go to restaurants when we want to have a great neal, great service and great ambiance.
