Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Great night, we love Eddie V's. Every time that we go, We enjoy a lot. From the drink to appetizer, dinner to dessert, everything was amazing. Our server, John, was the best. 5 stars.

Very lively for a Thursday night and Nick, our server was great as was all of our selections. Tuna tartare, Hamachi shashimi and Caesar salads to start. Entrees were 10oz filets and Parmesan crusted Sole. All prepared perfectly as were the sides. We brought our own fantastic red wine (a fair $25 corkage fee). Declined the complimentary birthday dessert as we were stuffed.

2 hours for dinner tonight when we eat here all the time and we are out in 1 hour … not good

As always, Eddie V’s does not disappoint. Thursday night music in the bar area is amazing . Food always excellent. Wonderful service. We celebrated 2 birthdays and were greeted with a bday card and gifted desserts and champagne. LOVELY evening.

All this restaurant started out great with service and food. It has quickly gone downhill. Sat at the bar and had the most terrible service and this is not the first time. The female bartender with a long blonde hair sorry do not remember her name could not have given us the worst customer service than she did. Spent over two hours there spending a lot of money on food and drinks and although we are regulars at this restaurant whether that continues is a big? Her customer service to us was absolutely terrible. Sat there for almost 30 minutes before we could even get help to get a drink. When we tapped out at the end of the night, we gave her our credit cards and she literally took them set them on top of the cash register and wouldn’t even tap us out or bring back our final check with our credit cards. Everything in between was slow and completely lacking in customer service we had to constantly call over Our bartender or anyone else to get help us behind the bar. It wasn’t even overly busy for a Thursday night and for the money that is charged while there is way too many places in Boca Raton to go. Sadly, Eddy V‘s started as a great place, but it is now going downhill and customer service is absolutely horrific.

Our 2nd visit to Eddie V's in 2 weeks. The lobster tacos, yellowtail sashimi and mustard glazed Salmon were excellent. They do no disappoint.

Really excellent in every way even for my group of non steak eaters. A little noisy for my hard of hearing friends but terrific experience . They didn’t rush us at all and we loved our very accommodating waiter.
