Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. We had a fantastic night out as it was my wife’s birthday and also our 20th anniversary. Eddie V’s was the right choice since we already visited the establishment several months ago and it a GO TO choice based on our past experience. Andre waited on us and what a nice individual and a true gentleman he is. He was very warm and accommodating. He made nice suggestions but we already did our homework and had our choices decided. The food was good, though my ribeye steak was a little overcooked as I wanted it medium rare but was not a big deal. My wife on the other hand wanted her filet mignon medium well but came out a little on the pink side. It was immediately made right and the night ended well with a nice top off……later :).. In a nutshell, it was a great outing with Andre making a little special with nice warm personality.

We had a wonderful time, the service was top tier!!! Kayla was an amazing hostess. Food was delicious and they gave us complimentary champagne to toast to my Hubby’s birthday. Overall 5 stars

Kayla is the best server in the house. Knowledge of the menu, cocktails and wine is excellent. AND she has a ln engaging personality that makes you feel at home. Premium food, ambience and care!!

The service is fantastic and they honor reservations in a very timely manner. No complaints. Love the sides - crab fried rice and au gratin potatoes. It's carb heaven!

Excellent food and service. We really enjoyed the grouper and sea bass. The calamari starter was delicious. Best of all was the outstanding service from Angela. We will return.
