Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. Delicious food. Huge restaurant, we went early and it was fairly empty. Expensive but delicious.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our 34th anniversary at Eddie V’s. A romantic booth and the restaurant had already sprinkled hearts on the table with a beautiful card and champagne toast on the house. Our server Anna was exceptional as were the servers who assisted her along the way. Several staff members came by the table to wish us a happy anniversary as did the manager, Cam, who came by several times to make sure we were doing well and it was so special in every way. The food was exquisite and delicious perfectly cooked. The ambience was lovely with live music, thank you so much. We had the best time!

My husband surprised me with anniversary dinner and I must say we have been frequent guests at the Fort Lauderdale and Boca locations, tonight we had the best waitress ever Ms. Alanna Hodge was courteous, pleasant and provided exceptional service!! The manager also came over and checked on us He was very kind and attentive as well sorry didnt get his name. This was the best celebration dinner and overall service we have had thank you thank you thank you!

Amazing first time visit to Eddie V’s Boca celebrating our anniversary! Audi was top notch as our server making great recommendations and helping us enjoy our special day with a few very nice surprises! The food was incredible-highly recommended the crab cake appetizers, stuffed shrimp, ahi tuna and don’t miss the lobster mashed and Brussels sprouts just delicious! Everything fresh and high quality! We sat at a high top by the bar which was a bonus as the three person band was amazing! We will be back!

Service was off this time. Drinks came wrong, food was wrong then they decided not to credit us even though she placed the order incorrectly and we were charged $30.00 more than the entree we ordered. She separate the combo we ordered and charged us as individuals when we clearly ordered the surf and turf. Very disappointing of a restaurant we frequent often.

We had an early dinner reservation and were the only ones in the restaurant’s dining room for about 75 minutes. Our server Ashley was attentive without being intrusive, and pleasant. An observation rather than a criticism had to do with her lack of knowledge as to whether the sea bass could be broiled or baked rather than being served in a broth, as described in the menu. While she said she would inquire and get back, she didn’t. We actually did not order entrees, since our appetizer and salad, along with the incredibly tasty warm filled us up. The wedge salad, cut up in the kitchen and split for two, was delicious. One of the best wedge salads I’ve had, locally or abroad. The shrimp cocktail was tasty and juicy, large size. And the two sauces had a kick to them. Our martinis were prepared as requested, very chilled. Worth the $18 per price. And dessert, well dessert was sinful. Bananas. Cake. Sauce. Flaming at the table. We will return.
