Eddie V's Prime Seafood is a luxury dining destination known for the seafood flown in from pristine waters around the world, as well as its premium hand-carved steaks. Dishes are artistically prepared and feature an ever-changing array of seasonal seafood, along with critically acclaimed prime center-cut steaks broiled to perfection. The restaurant's award-wining wine list, which has been recognized by Wine Spectator, has more than 300 wines curated by Eddie V's very own Advanced Sommelier. In the V Lounge, guests can sip classic and creative cocktails, and enjoy signature appetizers against a backdrop of live music trios.

This was my third time dining at Eddie V's. The food was well prepared and was beyond our expectations. The service was exemplary and Carlos our waiter was friendly and never made us feel rushed. I can't wait to go back.

Fantastic dining experience at Boca location. We sat at high tops in the lounge for a wonderful dinner. Food was fabulous. Crabcakes, lobster bites, calamari, Chilean Seabass … Everything was perfect. Special shout out to Lesley Garcia for taking such good care of us on our special occasion.

Always special and consistent. Management has trained their staff to be friendly & to make the dinner a pleasant and special experience. Would recommend highly.

We dined at Eddie V’s to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. When we were sat, they wanted to sit us at the table near the kitchen but I insisted on a nice booth which they immediately accommodated and I was grateful. Food was very good although we enjoyed the Ft Lauderdale location better. Our Server Nick was exceptional and made our evening special. The staff could not do enough for us and we loved that. We will definitely return and recommend but be prepared for a hefty bill as it is high end in every way.

We celebrated our 36th Wedding Anniversary and the staff made our experience so wonderful! Not only was the service incredible, the food was outstanding!! We will definitely be going back for many more celebrations and/or just because it’s wonderful!!
