The experience was fantastic. My Ribeye was perfectly cooked. I ended up getting the Maxwell topping.

We had a reservation for 9:15 and didn't get a table until 9:50. The service at the bar while we waited was not great nor welcoming. It took forever to get our food and honestly the $89 steak I had was ok, I've had better at longhorn. They were out of a few dishes that we were really looking forward to having. My wife and I were out for valentines day and my birthday and we wanted to share the brownie as we never order dessert and they of course were out of it. I'll never go back again. Very overrated with lower grade over priced food. Lastly on their website they said that they "validate parking" and to show your ticket to your server which we did and he said they no longer do that. We went to the front desk where we checked in and also asked about the parking and she also said the site is wrong. Well why is it still posted on there? Overall not worth it and the experience and night out was not good.

Eddie Merlot’s has become our go to place for steak. Variety of appetizers, salads, sides, accompaniments to choose from. Food is impeccable. Staff outgoing, but down to earth. They make your visit personal. I am comfortable and relaxed going there. Looking forward to next visit

Had reservations set for 7:45, didn’t get seated till alittle after 8:00. Then was there until 10:00 because the service was so slow

Enjoyed Valentine’s Day dinner and atmosphere as well as food quality and service. Due to holiday crowd, service was a bit slower than usual, but in general it moved along adequately. Dessert was a disappointment as first choice wasn’t available (peanut butter mousse) and we didn’t know that for several minutes, and second choice was a turtle cheesecake that had very spicy pecan topping which we were unaware of. But appetizer and main meal were very good. A nice evening overall.

We got the Valentine day special. Porterhouse and two lobster tails with bottle of bubbles. Was very good and the presentation was amazing. Very lovely evening! John was fun and had great stories. We had a great time.

The food and service are always excellent at Eddie Merlots. My favorite salad is grilled Romaine. The steaks are delicious. Carrot cake is a must. Absolutely the best around.

Our dinner was excellent. We were a party of 4 and two of us had the salmon it was fabulous and two of us had steak- once again excellent, Our waiter was very nice and personable. We had a wonderful evening celebrating Valentines Day early.
