My son, his gf and I had a lovely dinner. The food was delicious and the service was great. Our only regret was that we may have over ordered but everything was really good and the leftovers went home. Highlights - the grilled romaine salad, my son's trip of medallions, his gf's short rib special and my filet del mar. But everything was good and we would be happy to have them all again ! I especially appreciated the service - it was spot on, enough but not overbearing. I have been to Eddie Merlot's before and that wasn't the case. With this experience, I will be sure to return. I also appreciated the email thank you for dining there. That may be a first !

The salad, soup, and steaks were superb. The jalapeño cheddar cheese au gratin potatoes were very disappointing. I have no problem with a high dollar restaurant but would expect it to live up to the pricing. On the night we were there, sadly, they missed the mark.

Sadly for a Christmas Day, the food was subpar. I left sooner than I planned to, but it simply wasn’t worth my time or additional money. Seems the buyout is affecting quality.

We went for Christmas dinner. The decor was beautiful, and I enjoyed their special holiday menu. Our server, Janica, was entertaining and attentive. The food and ambiance are worth the price.

We had high hopes for an amazing dinner experience - especially for Christmas dinner with our family, but the poor service left us deeply disappointed. The whole experience with our server seemed off. And the experience as a whole. From having spilled juices from the Eddie’s Premium Pairing dish onto my fur coat, an incident that was both upsetting and unacceptable. To the table being wobbly, causing drinks to spill repeatedly, and the server brushed off our concerns, saying there was nothing he could do. At one point, a lady stopped by our table to ask how everything was. I wanted so badly to tell her the truth, but I didn’t want to ruin the moment. In fact, we almost asked for a different server altogether. The lack of care and attention extended throughout the evening. When removing wine glasses from the table (in the beginning), the server seemed unaware of how close they were to our faces, clinking them around carelessly. Additionally, when bringing out dishes on a serving platter, he came so close to my face that it nearly touched my cheek and chin and same for my husband — completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Beyond these issues, the server was unfriendly, curt, and outright rude, making what should have been an enjoyable meal feel tense and uncomfortable. Despite the quality of the food, the service was so poor that it overshadowed everything else. A restaurant that prides itself on a premium experience needs to address these issues immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this establishment.

This was our first experience dining at Eddie Merlot’s! The ambience and environment was absolutely beautiful! The food, meats and vegetable were very seasoned with salts. Otherwise it was nice. The service we have received by our server Tom was wonderful! Tom was so incredibly busy it was Christmas Eve and he had many tables to serve but made sure we were treated well and tentative to our needs. We truly appreciated his service.
