Food was decent. It took 20 minutes after sitting down to have our drink order taken. It took another hour for our food to arrive and there was hardly anyone in the dining room. Will not come back for a business lunch as leaving the office for 2 hours isn’t reasonable.

Me and my husband had a wonderful dinner last Friday. The food was amazing. Everything was so delicious. The service was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better waiter. Janice was the best. She was amazing and friendly. She has a great personality and smile that added to our experience. She’s also very good at serving people. I truly appreciate her for her kindness. I highly recommend Eddie Merlot and Janice our waiter. We will be back soon 🤗

Excellent food and excellent service. The steaks are always prepared as ordered and there is a great variety on the menu to choose from to meet everybody's taste.

Took friends who had never been and they were impressed. Bradley was our server and he was awesome, his cocktail suggestions were perfect for each of us and his service was fabulous! We always enjoy the Grilled Romaine, it is unique and the presentation is great. The Trio Medallions are a great way to enjoy so many different steak preparations, personally, I like the peppercorn sauce the most. The mixed grill was a great combination of filet, shrimp and andouille. The restaurant in the Denver Tech Center is one of the best designed dinning rooms in Denver, it has a warm, welcoming look and feel.

We had a great birthday celebration for my nephews! The 9 year old was hamming it up with the manager about needing a Cherry Coke refill. The manager was such a good sport. Everything was delicious! Our 18 year old devoured the porterhouse and crab (meant to feed 2 people!). Virginia was amazing! Thank you! We will be back!

My wife and I celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary last night. It was an excellent experience! Our meals were perfect; promptly served, at just the right temperature. We took our waitresses' recommendation on the wine and it was excellent as well. Beyond the food was the service. Simply outstanding! Professional and friendly with just the right frequency of checking in with us. One of our best dining out experiences ever.

This was our first visit to Eddie Merlots for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. The restaurant is elegant, the service was outstanding and the food was really good. Nick was our server and we will ask for him every time going forward.

Excellent first time visit. The ribeye was cooked perfectly medium well. Our server Charlie recommended the peppercorn sauce, which was a first for me. I usually don’t get any sauces with my steaks. I liked the peppery addition. We also enjoyed the asparagus and spinach dip. We had a very early dinner so it was fairly quiet. The complementary crème brûlée that they brought out for my birthday was great! Had the perfect amount of sugar crust. Some places don’t put enough. Overall it was a great experience. Will definitely be back to sample other items on the menu. Maybe will check out their thanksgiving dinner special.

Tom was our server this evening and he was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure our dinning experience was top tier. He even had some pretty good jokes to make us laugh!
