    We were early for our 6:30 reservations so we went to the bar for cocktails after checking in with the nice matre’d. We were celebrating an anniversary. The bartender was very good and so were the cocktails. We were seated in a booth. Dave was our server and greeted us and explained the special. He gave us time to enjoy our cocktails and then took our orders. There were 2 couples. Our salads were brought out rather quickly. The salads were generous and excellent. Dave removed the dishes from the table as we waited for our entree. It seemed like our entrees took a while to come out…not sure why. I ordered the filet Del Mar and my husband the New Orleans mixed grill. Each entree was nicely plated, however, my filet and shrimp were room temperature. My husband’s shrimp and sausage were barely warm. The filets were cooked as ordered. We’ve never had this problem before. By the time someone came around to check we had already started to eat our food and didn’t want to wait any longer to reheat/replace the food. We completed our meal with some desserts and coffee which was delicious. The service was very good as far as the service…we were just disappointed in the temperature of the food. Dave was delightful and a great waiter. I enjoy food that is hot when delivered to the table and being a special meal…I have to say it dampened the occasion as we had chosen Eddie Merlots for our friends to join us for dinner.

    Frank was awesome, as was the staff. The food was exceptional and the value for such a wonderful high end meal. Outreaching Rubys at this point! Keep up the good work !

    Excellent food and service, our first time dining there, but most certainly will not be the last.

    We sat in the bar area. It was our family 2 adults 2 teens. We do not eat out often and when we do it’s typically not high end. Most of the food was good, but my teenager’s steak was not able to be cooked to the preferred temperature. I assume we should have ordered a different cut of meat, but either way well was not accomplished. The other dishes were very good. As for the service and atmosphere, we were disappointed, but not impressed. The bar tables were all seated, but there were definitely plenty of “regulars” and the server clearly gave them more attention. Overall we were pleased, but some of the details were missing

    Overall, the food was outstanding. The problem was with the speed of getting food out. The whole dinner took 2 1/2 hours. It took forever to get wine, appetizer, and then main course was 2 hours to get to the table. The manager was walking around and server said there was a large private party. The biggest issue was that the manager never came by and apologized for the length of time it took to get the meal out. They did provide a complimentary dessert. Overall, disappointed as the food is always outstanding. Hopefully last night was an isolated incident as it seemed to be an issue with most of the parties in the restaurant (which was slow).

    Our server Naya was wonderful and the food was delicious. Decor could be updated. Good value.

    We arrived at the restaurant around 9:15, unaware they were closing at 10. Nevertheless, we placed our order. The chef, whose name I don't know (but the waiter, I think his name was Larry), was amiable and quickly took our order. We ordered the $199 special with a 32-ounce steak, mashed potatoes, snow crab, bread, and asparagus. Everything seemed fine until we were served the food. Unfortunately, the food was cold. The snow crab, asparagus, 32-ounce steak, and mashed potatoes were cold as if they had been sitting out for a long time. The appearance of the food was good, but the entire meal was cold. This was very disappointing because we were there to celebrate my girlfriend's 45th birthday, and I was expecting a special upscale meal. I don't want to discredit the ambiance and the other aspects of the restaurant, as they were great. The service, including the waiter named Larry, was pleasant and respectful. However, when we returned the cold food, we were informed that the chef had left and the kitchen was closed, so there was no way to warm up the food or make a new meal. I thought the waiter would offer not to charge us, but it wasn't necessary as I wouldn't pay for a meal I didn't get to eat. We did not have to pay for the meal, but we did not get to keep any of the meals. We came here hungry, and we left even more hungry.. this was very, very upsetting. This made me mad because it was supposed to be a special night that was a disaster. We came up from Louisville, Kentucky. We were there for a family reunion, and I wanted to incorporate the special meal for my girlfriend's birthday as a surprise, and we both were very disappointed. God bless Larry cause he tried to make it right but couldn’t!

    We went out to dinner on a Tuesday to celebrate my daughters birthday. Her favorite dish is the sea bass. We both ordered this and she immediately said I remember this being better. I agreed, it was overly salty to the point I could not even eat the vegetables below the fix. Once we had finished our food, it look over 30 minutes to get someone to check on us when we were waiting on a check as it was a school night. The rest of the food was very good, but was disappointed with the fish which was the reason we went to this restaurant.
