The food was very good. Service was rather poor. We were asked if we wanted a drink, and it arrived timely. After that, we sat for a long time before the server returned to even acknowledge us. We had been to this restaurant twice previously and this was the worst service of the three visits.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary there yesterday, it was perfect. Our steaks were done to perfection, the cocktails were well made and generous. But what made the experience great was the service provided by George and Justin. Both went out of their way to make our special day even more special. My problem with Eddie Merlot's is I can only rate it 5 stars, it deserves 10 stars. We thank you for helping us celebrate our anniversary.

Never received our bread , my steak was supposed to have been butterflied and wasn’t , water wasn’t filled until asked , person who brought our food out had to ask who’s food was who’s .

Probably one of the worst “nice” places I’ve ever been to. Service was poor. Our waiter talked so fast we could hardly understand him. He seemed very rushed. We ordered drinks and it would have been nice to have bread with the drinks. Instead it was brought out after we ordered a 2nd round of drinks and nearly finished them. Never came back to check on us after food was brought out. We waited about 15 min for drink refills. Food was fair. Crab legs brought out cool. Butter not served in a warmer pot but instead in a gravy boat. Salmon was dry. Never asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu. Such a poor experience for a Father’s Day dinner for my Dad, husband, and brother-in-law. Our bill was $750.00 before the tip and I was thoroughly disappointed.

The service and food were poor. Although it was Fathers Day the restaurant was not crowded and therefore we expected service to be great and the food exceptional. Our server we saw three times. Once to take our order, once to ask us how the food was even though we were finished, and once to give us the check. Our dining experience started out with our water glasses and water tasting like dish soap. We did get new glasses. We ordered an appetizer which finally came but was brought out with our salads. Before we could finish the salad, our steaks came out. The ribeye was full of fat and the filet was to be medium but came out medium rare. Since our server was no where to be found, and my husband steak would get cold I ate the edges of the filet and called it a day. We used to love Eddie Merlots but it has gone down hill the last few years. Will not be back and instead will go to Capital Grill which is far superior in service and wonderful food.

My filet was supposed to be done medium well and it came out medium. It was good after it came back. The rest of the food was very good. Waiter was efficient but not very personable. The bus staff was very attentive and friendly. Decor is beautiful.

We felt rushed. They kept trying to clear the table while we were still eating. Salmon was dry and overcooked. Ribeye steak was good. Chocolate cake was meh.
