We had a very nice experience having dinner with our parents at the restaurant. Excellent server Elli and the team at Merlots. All of our food was prepared well and on time. Wait staff were professional and courteous.

Delicious meal, competent service. Highly recommended the creamed spinach and go the the addition of Bernaise sauce!

We were there on a Friday night, and there were only four or five other parties in the entire restaurant. Salad and soup were excellent. However, the steaks we're just okay and the French Fries were also just ok. There was nothing really wrong with the food.But for the price, it should have been amazing. The wait staff were very nice and our waiter was good but others working were very unpolished. Once again, for the price, they atmosphere should have been more professional. I guess for the above reasons, it's why they were so slow on a friday night.

On a scale of 1-5, with five being excellent, I rate the Copper Cane wine dinner as a 5. The wine, cuisine, and wait staff were exceptional. The management, however, I rate as a 1. I experienced a mishap with my reservation and expressed my frustration with the host. The manager, clearly aware of my frustration, never acknowledged or apologized. I was disgusted.

Accommodated our group of 10 on a last minute request and did a wonderful job. Efficient and friendly wait staff. Delicious.

I received an add for Eddie Merlot’s Wednesday prime special so we decided to give it a try. We have been to few neighboring restaurants but first time to Eddie’s. I was hesitant to try their “special” as sometimes food and service are worse when discounted price, but it was not the case w Eddie’s. The service was good from our waiter to a nice follow up email after and the food was delicious. The sweet and spicy shrimp was amazing. Filet mignon was good but prime strip was great. The giant carrot cake was one of the best carrot cakes we’ve had and due to its size we took most of it home. Nice place overall. I would recommend.
