Frankly not good for this price point. New server and it showed. He had no seasoned support, this is not his fault. There was a missing salad and it took 10 minutes for the waiter to check in with us. Etc.

The service needs some work. The menus, empty plates and unused wine glasses remained on the table for the duration of our stay and we poured our own water routinely. Not what you would expect from a high end steakhouse. Overall the good was a 3+/4-Good, not great.

The lunch special was excellent and the service was over the top. Our waiter Alejandro was amazing. Quality of food was very good. Since it was lunch it was not as busy and the air conditioning was very cold. To me was nice but to the others was too cold.

Went to Boston for a night for a baby moon staycation and decided to try something new, so went to dinner at Eddie Merlot’s. The server was great and really nice, but the food was bland. The steak was super tender but again just didn’t really have much flavor. Also ordered the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and bacon brussel sprouts. Would probably only go back again to sit at the bar and have a snack, not a full expensive meal.
