Celebrate Thanksgiving at Eddie Merlot’s and join us for a traditional holiday feast. We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $49 per person ($24 for children). We will also be serving our dinner menu full of signature items. Not a fault of the Restaurant, but the parking is very convoluted. The restaurant could make a better effort to ensure that this isn't going to be a problem. We were brought right to our table. The waiter was very green and kept forgetting things. He would take our order and then forget the entire thing and come back to ask us asking what we wanted again. This made for a very difficult time at the table with constant reminders and things being forgotten. The table itself proved to be very wabbly, so we asked that it be fixed. They decided to move us instead. While we were moving the waiter came out with a course that was supposed to be prepared table side and went about preparing it away from the table and not in front of us. Not to mention that the beef was very very raw inside and it was delivered that way without question. Then there were side items that didn't come even with reminders until after we finished dinner. My glass of wine didn't come until I was half finished also. To be fair, the items that we didn't have issue with were delicious. The over cooked meat and the under cooked meat were traded around the table to people that could tolerate them. We go out frequently and enjoy going places that are exceptional in order to have an experience rather than just eating something for a meal. Overall this was an exceptionally wrong experience and certainly not worth the very high prices, even with some desert and drink comps. We have come here multiple times. and have brought many friends. But I believe this will be the last as the last two times within the past couple of years the experiences has seemed to have gotten worse.

I loved the ahi tuna crisps and the filet was just right. My server Olivia was great and didn’t rush me. I enjoyed having a quiet dinner when so many other places are so loud you can’t hear yourself think, let alone the person across the table from you. I was surprised that the place didn’t seem very busy for a Friday night.

Outstanding service for a special celebration that included custom requests and accommodations. Food was expertly prepared exactly to order. Aidan, our server, made the experience exceptional. The tableside Bananas Foster was an excellent closing act to the meal. Kudos is also extended to the host and chef for making the full dinner menu available for our midday event.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. A table of eight was served by a single person, and our drink order took an eternity to place, along with the appetizers. The service was overall poor and unacceptable. The food was fine, but it was overshadowed by the service.

Service was slow from the start, not to mention the inattentive waiter! The food was not great, but could have been overlooked if it weren’t for the fact that I felt like I was overlooked. Long wait for everything including water. Told they were out of bread, then manager says they have bread and will bring it, after a long wait. Soup shows up with no spoon, long wait for that. Crab legs show up with no drawn butter, long wait for that. Barely saw our waiter from start to finish! Will not go back nor do I recommend going.
