Quality, exceptional service, and an unparalleled atmosphere have made Eddie Merlot's one of America's great steak houses over the past 20 years. Eddie Merlot' s is an homage to the man and his love of a great steak, a great glass of wine, and a good story.
We pride ourselves on our Prime Aged Beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Factor."

We’ll be open from 11am-8pm and serving a special, three-course, turkey dinner with all the trimmings for $49 per person ($24 for children). In a nutshell, we had a good experience. Let’s start from the beginning. I had asked on my reservation and called as well to let the host know to put some confetti and a card with a note on the table and they confirmed that would be done. Unfortunately when we got there, it wasn’t done. I had to remind them, go back in the waiting area for that to be done before getting seated again. I do appreciate the rectification. Our server Jake was great! He provided excellent service, was courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job waiting on us. The drinks were good, the appetizers were great. We really enjoyed what we got. (Calamari and sweet & spicy shrimp). Our main courses were okay. We just expected a little bit more from a high end restaurant. My sea bass was just okay. I wouldn’t put it in my top three. My husband’s steak was okay as well. We did not like the mashed potatoes so Jake took it off our tab. The crème brûlée was pretty good though. overall, good experience but not enough to wanna go back on our own.

First time visiting. Took my friend to celebrate her new job. Our waiter Raphael was very helpful and attended to our every request. The food was deliciously amazing. We left very full and satisfied. Will definitely visit again.

The only complaint was the truffle Parmesan fries. You could not taste parm or truffle - tasted like regular fries service was excellent
