We pride ourselves on our Prime Aged Beef and scratch kitchen. Our chef selects each steak for the optimum proportion of marbling and texture before hand-cutting and seasoning the steaks to your specifications. From sauces to desserts, we develop recipes to create a truly unique experience for our guests. And, while you enjoy your meal, you'll be treated to the one-of-a-kind service we call the "W.O.W. Visited for Christmas dinner. Had one vegan and one vegetarian in our party. They accommodated both special diets with ease and the food was amazing. Highly recommend. When they say scratch kitchen--they mean it! I was super impressed with the food and service. Connor was amazing!

Simon was our waiter and he was absolutely wonderful! Very attentive, he made everyone feel special and was very knowledgeable about the menu. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you

We did not have a good experience. Reservations were at 6:45, and the only good thing was that they were able to seat us early at 6:30. We waited awhile before our waiter even showed to the table. We were finally able to order drinks, and they took 20min to arrive. We ordered an appetizer, food was good, but clearly had been sitting for a while before it was brought to our table. We had to flag our waiter to order dinner 45 min after being seated. Dinner was underwhelming. Clearly, the ribeye was cooked straight from the refrigerator and "medium" was definitely "rare." Each of the sides were luke warm. It took approx an hour to get dinner after we ordered. Not a good experience for $600 for 4 people.

Have dined here several times before on Christmas Eve. Very good overall. Had a great time. Great food and great service. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience that my family and I had this evening. It’s rare that we spend Christmas Eve outside of our home but this year we spent it at Eddie Merlot’s in Ashburn and had a fantastic time. The staff there really knows how to make you feel special, the food is always amazing, and we had a beautiful evening in a beautiful setting. Thank you so much for all you do, Patrick! You rock, my friend!

Simon and the rest of the staff were excellent! Simon was very attentive and respectful. Offered great recommendations and was very knowledgeable on the vast wine selection. The food and drink were great and delicious as always! This was a date with my wife and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The music was a little loud, but it got turned down.
