Interesting concept- Flavors were good - but some of the items were a challenge to eat - the Crab and Corn for example would have nice served with bread - it comes in a bowl like a soup, but you expected to eat it with a fork. A little weird. The fish was good. Best thing was the cheesecake as I’m sure most people have said. It would have been nice to get some recommendations from the waiter as it was our first time there.

Delicious food, we had the salmon and octopus tartare, Shitake mushrooms, the lamb main course and finally the cheesecake. We will definitely go back

I found this restaurant on a list of hot new Miami restaurants to try. I had high expectations but the food was overpriced considering the portion size and average flavor. The meal was served on chipped dishes which the server told me “reflect the imperfections in life”. The basque cheesecake was the best item on the menu.

Very good food. It was my second time in this place. Food is consistently great but the service was not as a good as the first time that I was here. A little bit slow, our waiters was not as attentive as you can expect in a place like this. But I will come back as many times as possible to this restaurant. It is a Miami’s hidden gem.

AMAZING FOOD, POOR ATMOSPHERE The location of the restaurant was weird, in a residential/not very lively neighborhood. Next to the restaurant there was a Taco Bell and Mcdonalds and it was a ground level place looking at directly to the road. You get an idea of what you need to expect in terms of ambiance even before you enter the restaurant. The door is a regular, white pvc built shop door which looks ugly. The decoration of the restaurant definitely needs an upgrade, the Ikea objects, empty walls, TV on the wall doesn’t give any feeling of a nice atmosphere at all. Because of the empty walls, weirdly laid out tables, there is an ongoing noise in the restaurant and the music doesn’t make it any better. The plates for main courses were nice but we got the rib eye to share and the service plates were a miss. They were very basic white plates, low quality porcelain with chips around. Disappointing. There was no welcoming desk or a waiter/waitress that is on the lookout to welcome anyone. There was a waitress who insisted on speaking in Spanish although I spoke in English every time. When I booked on Opentable, I specifically asked for a candle on the San Sebastian cake and when she brought it, there was no candle. Sloppy. Following all my negative feedback on the atmosphere and the team, I am happy to share that the food was very very good. We ordered the tomato salad, rib eye and the San Sebastian cheese cake and everything was well-thought, Basque-quality and delicious. The rib eye was very similar to what I had in Basque restaurants in Spain. High quality meat, very professionally cooked and served at a great temperature. The wine menu was comprehensive, lots of options mainly from Spain and other parts of the world. The wine display was not nice looking though. Overall, we were satisfied with the food but not with the experience. Hope they can get a better eye for improving the decoration, management and the experience because the food is really unbeatable.

We love Edan and their food. Food is really good and great wines. Great value for $. I wish they will have more fish options on the main section and more dessert. Decor could be warmer.

Mi esposo y yo fuimos a Edan para almuerzo tardío. Nos sorprendió gratamente que buena parte del menú había cambiado. Pedimos atún sobre crocantes de parmesano, croquetas de hongos, foie gras, hongos shiitake ahumado y maigret de pato. Todo estaba delicioso! El pato estaba hecho a la perfección. Retornaremos!
