Extraordinary food and service, by far is my favorite basque restaurant in Miami. Everything was perfect. The wine offer is also very interesting and unique.

Had such high hopes but unfortunately this was my worse dinner I’ve had in a very long time. Started off by no toilet paper in the bathrooms or hand towels… Sat down to eat asked for lemon for my water and to no avail. A restaurant with no lemon!? Every dish was bland and cold. I felt as if I was having dinner at a church. Super bright and not even ambient music in the background. Still willing to give it another shot. The dishes have potential if perfectly executed.

I’ve been here two times now. Both times the staff made me feel welcome and appreciated. I went by myself both times and they still treated me well. Food is amazing. Also a very nice wine selection. Very comfortable and plenty of space between tables. Even at night it’s a lower volume than other restaurants so conversations are easy. This would be great for couples as well as families.

Scallop app smelled very fishy Croquetas and pumpkin rice were excellent Rib eye was very burnt and tasted bitter due to the excessive char on the bottom of every peice Basque cheesecake amazing! Service was non existent. Asked over 5 times to different staff for water throughout the night as they brought other items, but it never came! Needed it for a the super salty fries and rib eye This was our second visit as we enjoyed the first, but tonight left a bad taste overall and we will not return.

Edan is the exact place where I will go to have an intimate and delicious meal with friends and family. The food is outstanding for Miami standards and I LOVED the service. The location is nice and has a big parking space, I just wished it was closer to the heart of Miami to receive the recognition it deserves. It was a bit of a drive for me, but if I ever pass by the area I will not hesitate to be back. GREAT job to the whole team.
