Where to start. The idea of Eberly is great along with the cocktails and spirit selection. The vibe is cool as well but this is where it ends. The service on food is not organized meaning the entire meal it was not uncommon to wait an obscene amount of time and then dishes ordered af the same time to come out very segmented from each other. The “special” prime rib which was supposed to be medium rare was medium well at best. The server was aloof and pretty sure just forgot to put things in unless the kitchen was just that disorganized. More then once our drinks for a party of 6 were at the bar sitting there for 15 min plus. We ordered espresso and after 20 min, were served a small hot coffee. Just absolutely ridiculous to even put that on the table. The severely disappointing part is the manager wanted to give me their card and comped $100 on a $1,100 tab. In addition to that, the tab was still gratted at 20%. I’m in there with 6 people mostly from out of town to show them a good time in Austin. Do you think I care about $100 comp when the service what I’m highly disappointed in and still paying $200 for. In addition, what does your card mean? I can think of a dozen restaurants right now I’ll dine in any time over Eberly moving forward based on service and quality of food. Sooooo many better places in Austin than this spot. Do NOT dine here and just go to the bar for the best of what this place has to offer.

The place was uniquely designed and the service was great. There were only 5 customers at the restaurant including us. To be honest I was expecting a better quality food. I ordered americano coffee but the coffee was like water, tasteless and very low quality. Then we got mushrooms pasta. The pasta was extremely salty. I did not want to return and make a big thing out of iit bc I took my good there for her bday treat and I wanted to keep a positive and pleasant atmosphere during her bday dinner. My friend ordered fish. The fish came with a small salad. The lettuce was not fresh at all. I could tell my friend was kind of disappointed. Also, when we came to the restaurant we were not sure where to park, it seemed the whole parking lots were under the valet. We asked the valet person where we can park he sent us to park across the street. Mind you it is 100 degrees and by the time we parked ( by a shopping mall) and reach the restaurant we were all sweating. Later we saw the sigh that the valet was complimentary. But the valet guy never told us. I just couldn’t believe it. I thought to myself we went to an expensive restaurant and ended up parking who knows where and walking to the restaurant from the mall’s parking lot. I wasn’t sure if it was even safe to leave my car there.

Chickpea fritter and vegetable plate are winners. Entrees we have loved are the Halibut, Eggplant dish and chicken.

The staff was exceptional and the vibe was everything and then some. They sure do know how to make people feel welcome on their Birthday. Thank you Eberly for a wonderful experience for me and my friends.

This was our first time. The restaurant is beautiful. The burrata salad is delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed it. He found the short rib inspiring. He really enjoyed it. The rigatoni was good. We had the coconut bombe and the ice cream sandwich type desserts. They were good but not as good as the rest of our meal. Eberly is a do again.

we came here for a birthday celebration and had a great meal - everything was delicious. We had the mushroom pasta, salmon and the ribeye that was on special.

Eberly was everything and more! The restaurant itself is beautiful and I have to note the restroom matched the vibe! Service was fantastic from the moment we walked in. I requested to be sat in the study and they accommodated. Our waiter was very nice and even offered to take pictures of us. I had the salmon and it was absolutely delicious. The best salmon dish I’ve ever had. Thanks Eberly for the hospitality and incredible food!

We sat at the bar and we can hardly get anybody to pay attention to us. The drinks were good, but the portions were very small for the price.
